The thing that stands out most about the Stylecraft Mythic is the motor.
The 10,000 pm motor does a great job at providing powerful and consistent cutting performance, even when cutting thick hair,
The motor is also quiet, which is a great feature to be used in barbershops and salons where it can get incredibly loud at times, to be honest, I expected this from a motor this powerful. It it struggled it wou;d have been disappointing.
The double black diamond carbon blades are another plus of the Stylecraft Mythic.
They’ve been designed to stay sharp for longer periods of time, which means you don’t have to spend as much time maintaining the blades. I found this to be true, I’ve had these clippers for a while and have had to sharpen them the whole time.

And overall that made things easier as I knew when to juice these clippers up.

So yh, I believe it can be used at any skill level and still be effective (though I would say you’d want to be good at using clippers as they are quite powerful.)
